Afternoon Upon arrival in Hiroshima, airport transfers will be arranged based on guests' flight schedules. We will then proceed to the Onomichi area for check-in. The focus of the day's itinerary is on settling in and getting acquainted with the surroundings; no formal cycling activities are scheduled for this day.
Evening A welcome dinner will be held in the evening, providing an opportunity to formally meet your fellow riders and the tour staff, as well as to prepare for the cycling tour on Day 2 and the race on Day 3.
Morning After breakfast, we will depart from the hotel and head to the Mukaishima Sports Park to complete the race check-in process.
Afternoon In the afternoon, we will embark on a relaxed warm-up ride. This is a chance to experience the sea breeze of the Seto Inland Sea, as well as the scenery of the bridges and islands, all from the saddle of your bike. It also allows your body to gradually ease into race mode. After the ride, we will return to the hotel to rest and conserve energy for the official race day ahead.
Daytime After breakfast, we will depart from the hotel for Mukaishima Sports Park to officially kick off our Seto Inland Sea race day. On the Shimanami Kaido—Japan's most iconic route for cross-sea cycling—everyone will experience a unique race atmosphere and the thrill of riding on a closed-road course. For many cyclists, this is not merely a competition, but a memorable personal challenge along the Shimanami Kaido. After the race concludes, we will return to the hotel to rest.
Evening A farewell dinner is scheduled for the evening to bring this Seto Inland Sea cycling journey to a perfect close.
After breakfast, group transfers to Hiroshima Airport will be arranged based on flight schedules, marking the conclusion of the tour. Thus, this cycling adventure—centered around the Seto Inland Sea race and the Shimanami Kaido—officially comes to an end. From the pre-race warm-ups to the race-day challenge, we hope this journey proves to be an unforgettable cycling experience in Japan for you.
