Tour Leader
Coordinates the entire trip, manages hotel and restaurant arrangements, translates and handles any unexpected situations.
Rider Team
Includes lead, middle, and tail riders. They guide the route, set the pace, monitor rider condition, provide in-ride support.

Here is a breakdown of the core components included in every May31cycling tour.
Rider Van
Follows the group with essential items like water, snacks, clothing, and tools; also provides rest space for tired riders.
Support Vehicle
Carries professional bike tools, spare parts, first-aid kit, AED, and facilitates bike transport if needed.
Photographer
Captures high-quality photos and videos, provides drone shots, and documents memorable moments during the ride.
Lodging & Meals
Handpicked hotels with comfort and character; meals feature local cuisine, balanced nutrition, and can be customized.
MAY31cycling BASE
For visiting cyclists, local riders, and race participants, MAY31cycling BASE offers one-stop service and support.
Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
High-end road bike rentals and essential cycling gear for short-term or event use
・ Reservations required in advance (at least 1 day prior)
・ Pick-up and return during business hours only
・ Late returns may incur additional fees
・ Customers are responsible for damage or loss during rental period
Assembly, disassembly, deep cleaning, inspections, and general repairs by trained mechanics
・ For complex repairs, estimates will be provided in advance
・ Parts replacement (if needed) is charged separately
Short-term or long-term storage for bikes, bike bags, and personal gear
・ Storage charges are calculated by day
・ Please remove all valuables before drop-off
・ MAY31cycling is not liable for damage caused by improper packing
