・Rider Van and Support car will be on site
・Restroom available; luggage and clothes can be stored on the car
・Support vehicle carries tools, supplies, and first-aid kit
・Waiver form must be signed before departure

Pre-Ride Preparation

・Briefing: Route overview and safety instructions
・Equipment check: Bike, helmet, brakes, tire pressure
・Warm-up: 5–10 minutes to activate the body and prevent injury
・Distribution of rider packs (energy snacks, water, emergency card)
・Rental bikes adjusted and set up on-site for each participant

Morning Ride:Yamanaka Lake

・Guided by a professional lead rider at a steady pace
・Short scenic/photo stops included for rest and hydration
・Support vehicle follows for on-demand assistance

Enjoy local specialty “Hōtō Udon” at a nearby restaurant

Afternoon Ride:Motosu Lake

・Some gentle climbs—great for pacing and light challenge
・Pass Lake Motosu and Lake Shoji, known for fewer crowds and scenic views
Lake Motosu has crystal-clear water and is featured on the 1,000 yen note

Ride Finish

・Arrive at the designated finish point and conclude the day’s ride
・Take a group photo to capture the memorable experience
・Return any rental gear (bike, helmet, etc.) and collect personal items
・Basic cleaning/wipe-down and changing area available
・Receive a small souvenir and info for downloading your ride certificate
